Hormones & Stress
A 90-minute masterclass on midlife hormonal changes for both women and men, and what this means for our stress management. What's happening in your body, what to test, and exactly what to ask for. Live online. Recording and protocol included.
The fourth Wednesday of every month. Three sittings: one for Asia Pacific, one for Europe, one for the Americas.
90 minutes, live online, recording included.
The problem
The 3am wake-up. The wired-tired days. The fog that rolls in by mid-afternoon.
You've probably been told you're just stressed. You're not. Your hormones are shifting, both for women and for men, and almost no one is connecting the dots or telling you what to do about it.
What you'll learn
What you'll leave with
The markers worth testing, and how often.
The questions that stop you being sent away with a pamphlet.
A way to carry the stress load in the weeks that don't let up.
Who it's for
High performers over 40 feeling a shift they can't explain. Women in perimenopause. Men facing the testosterone and recovery decline nobody names, which is called andropause.

Questions
Usually both, working together. Midlife brings measurable hormonal change in women and in men, and chronic stress inverts the cortisol curve on top of it. The session separates what's ageing, what's hormonal and what's load, so you know which lever to pull.
Yes. It's called andropause, and it involves a gradual decline in testosterone alongside slower recovery and changes in sleep and body composition. It gets named far less often than perimenopause, which is part of why it goes unaddressed.
The session gives you a specific list, including which markers are worth testing, how often, and how to present a symptom cluster rather than a single complaint. Most appointments go badly because the pattern never gets described.
No. This is education so you can have a better conversation with a clinician. Liz is a performance coach and qualified trainer, not a doctor, and the session is careful about the difference.
You'll get the recording within 24 hours with the protocol and workbook, and there are three sittings on the day at 7am, 12pm and 7pm UK.
Every attendee gets the recording within 24 hours, so a clash doesn't cost you the class. Because of that we don't refund once the session has run. If you need to move to a later month, email us before the class and we'll switch you.
Yes, every session is recorded so you get it within 24 hours whether or not you make it live. The recording follows the active speaker, so unless you unmute and speak you won't appear in it. Zoom asks everyone to agree before recording starts. If you'd rather stay off it entirely, keep your camera off and use the chat, and I'll bring your question in without naming you.
